Request Access
To
add/edit/delete an event, you must be a registered user. To register, please
complete the following steps.
1.
Go to
Access
Request
from the top menu.
2.
Fill in details
as required, then click
on Submit Registration Form at the bottom of the page.
3.
The request
will be sent to the Administrator for approval. Once approved, it will be processed by DEWR Service Desk. You will be notified when
the request for access is complete.
Add an event
1.
From the homepage, click on My Events
side menu.
2.
Click on the New Item menu option.
3.
The New Item form will appear.
4.
Fill in details as required, then click on Save and Close.
5.
To check the status of your event, click on
My Events on the left hand side of the page.
6.
Once the event is approved by the administrator,
it will appear on the Events list on the homepage.
Note
: You need to login as a registered user to add events.
Edit an event
You can only edit your own events subject to the
approval by the administrator.
1.
From the Homepage, click on
My Events side menu.
2.
Locate the
mouse over the event you wish to edit, then click on the arrow sign on the right hand side of the
event.
3.
A dropdown menu
will appear. Click on Edit Item to open the event in edit mode.
4.
Edit details
as required, then click on Save and Close.
5.
To check the
status of your event, click on My Events which is located on the left
hand side of the page. The event will be under your list of Pending
events.
6. Once the
submission is approved
by the administrator, it will appear on the Events list on the homepage.
Note
: You need to login as a registered user to edit events.
Delete an event
You can only delete your own events subject to
the approval by the administrator.
1.
From the Homepage, click on
My Events side menu.
2.
Locate the
mouse over the event you wish to delete, then click the arrow sign on the right hand side of the
event.
3.
A dropdown menu
will appear. Click on Edit Item to open the event in edit mode.
4.
Tick the
Delete Item checkbox at the end of the page and fill in reason(s) for deleting the event.
Click on Save and Close to submit the request.
5.
Once the
reason(s) for deletion is approved by the administrator, it will be taken
off the eCalendar.
